We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for IT/Software technical roles. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT or software engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for IT/Software technical roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source passive and active candidates across various platforms.
  • Manage immigration and work visa processes for international candidates, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.
  • Efficiently use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong network and pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand technical hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on IT or software engineering roles.
  • Proven experience managing the immigration process, including H1-B visas, green cards, and other relevant work authorizations.
  • Strong experience with Boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates on multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn, Jobvite, Workday, TalentRecruit, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and evaluate complex technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
