Job Title: Manager, Customer Support

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Customer Support to join our team at Sonova USA, Inc. in Aurora, IL. As a key member of our Customer Support Organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of customer support professionals to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and implementing changes to drive business results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, training, and product management, to ensure seamless customer support
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance customer support skills and knowledge
  • Analyzing customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and leadership. You should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in a customer support environment
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of customer support professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer support data and identify trends and areas for improvement
