Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the campus, providing a warm and professional atmosphere.
  • Answer inbound calls using our established telephone techniques, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Manage and distribute documentation for the Admissions Department, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support to staff and faculty as needed, demonstrating a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Enter all inquiries into CampusNexus, utilizing our lead management system to track and follow up on leads.
  • Perform daily audits of inquiries, distributing reports to the Director of Admissions and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Assist in lead distribution, working closely with the Director of Admissions to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Run specific reports daily for the Director of Admissions, providing valuable insights and data.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent on-the-job experience required.
  • Experience as a Receptionist or in a multi-line telephone system is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  • Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
