At Poshmark, we're looking for a talented Senior Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end email, push, and user journey campaigns that drive user engagement and meet business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report on key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns and content programming meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to uncover customer insights and market trends to inform Poshmark's integrated marketing strategy
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop engaging content for the end user
  • Identify opportunities and propose solutions to streamline and/or automate processes
Requirements:
  • BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent project management, communication, and attention to detail
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand key performance drivers and execute against findings
  • Ability to interpret in-depth analyses and uncover actionable insights
  • High aptitude for learning new skills and willingness to tackle new challenges
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of HTML
  • Proficiency in tools like Iterable, MoEngage, Braze, SendGrid, and Looker
