About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Marketing Associate to join our team at Poshmark. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end email, push, and user journey creation, as well as analyzing and reporting on daily performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and report on key marketing metrics to ensure campaigns and content programming meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to uncover customer insights and market trends to help guide Poshmark's integrated marketing strategy.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to create engaging content for the end user.
  • Identify opportunities and propose solutions to streamline and/or automate processes.
Requirements
  • BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketing or related field.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and acute attention to detail.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings.
  • Ability to interpret in-depth analyses and uncover actionable insight.
  • High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HTML.
  • Proficiency in tools like Iterable, MoEngage, Braze, SendGrid, and Looker.
