The Hogan Lovells US LLP office in Silicon Valley is seeking a senior associate with a strong background in strategic M&A transactions to support the office's growth plan.

This is an opportunity to work closely with and learn from some of the most renowned M&A practitioners in the country.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, overseeing due diligence investigations, and preparing acquisition-related documents.

Applicants should be familiar with structuring M&A transactions, applying federal securities laws, and Delaware jurisprudence relating to directors' responsibilities.

A strong work ethic and ability to supervise and manage large deal teams on complex transactions is required.

Associates at this level are expected to be prepared to devote substantial time to continuing to develop their transactional M&A skills and expertise.

We look for candidates with outstanding writing and analytical skills, top credentials, and a commitment to excellence.

Admission to the California bar is required.

Compensation for this role will be top-of-market, with an annualized salary range of $365,000 to $435,000, depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors.

This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice.
