Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling.
  • Research and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Accurately document and process customer claims in our systems.
