Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to all staff, students, members, and APCA partners
- Support day-to-day office up-keep as requested by supervisor and director
- Maintain general office organization, cleanliness, and tidiness of shared office spaces and kitchen
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Schedule rooms and participants for APCA virtual and in-person events
- Prepare conference space for in-person events
- Select and confirm catering for in-person events
- Assist with office equipment inventory
- Assist with workstation and office setup and organization
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- APCA PATH Academy graduate, or can obtain within 2 months of employment
- Access to reliable, insured private transportation
- Valid Alaska Driver's License
- Possess high proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Windows products
The successful candidate will work in an office setting with travel and associated accommodations throughout the local area and the state of Alaska as needed.
