Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administration Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general facility maintenance and inspection duties, as well as managing vehicle parts procurement, receiving, distribution, and accounting for the Parks motorcoach shops in McKinley and Denali.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily and monthly financial tracking, processing, and reporting of maintenance department activities.
  • Creates work orders and purchase orders.
  • Orders, schedules delivery, or picks up parts from various vendors.
  • Stocks parts and organizes parts room and storage areas.
  • Monitors physical parts and shop supply inventories.
  • Tracks, schedules, and coordinates preventative maintenance of our assets.
  • Maintains maintenance vehicle records files.
  • Facility PM and shop assistant functions.
  • Schedules work and assists with snow removal around the building in the winter.
  • Schedules work and assists with grounds maintenance in the summer.
  • Assists in training new seasonal staff on departmental procedures and processes.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Light Mechanic or facility maintenance preferred.
  • Clean driving record required. CDL preferred but can obtain through company-provided CDL driving course.
  • Warehousing/store keeping methods and procedures.
  • Inventory control methods and procedures, knowledge of maintenance hand tools.
Abilities, Knowledge, and Skills:
  • Proficient in the use of computer business applications with working knowledge of computerized inventory systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
  • General knowledge of maintenance is preferred.
  • Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
  • Ability to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with management and staff.
