As a Client Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service both in-person and via telephone
- Evaluating rental requirements and guiding customers through their inquiries
- Managing returns, check-ins, and various rental processes
- Upholding the company’s reputation through professional customer engagement

Requirements- Must be at least 18 years old
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
