As a Client Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service both in-person and via telephone
  • Evaluating rental requirements and guiding customers through their inquiries
  • Managing returns, check-ins, and various rental processes
  • Upholding the company’s reputation through professional customer engagement

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience with your current or most recent employer
