  • Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Utilize call scripts to manage various topics effectively.
  • Assess customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Norco's electronic system.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage.
  • Evaluate customer requirements for products or services.
  • Provide education to patients/clients regarding medical products and services.
  • Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned or required.
