Medical Store Client Support Specialist

Norco, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Store Client Support Specialist. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to both walk-in and phone-in customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Respond to incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Direct patient information to the relevant personnel or departments to facilitate the ordering, delivery, and billing of medical products and services.
- Handle a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Utilize call scripts to manage various topics effectively.
- Assess customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Norco's electronic system.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage.
- Evaluate customer requirements for products or services.
- Provide education to patients/clients regarding medical products and services.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned or required.
