Position Overview

Norco, Inc. is actively looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Store Client Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to both walk-in and phone-in clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients in a courteous and enthusiastic manner.
  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely fashion.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our products, including their placement, availability, pricing, and usage.
  • Effectively evaluate client needs for products or services.
  • Inform patients and clients about medical products and services.
  • Assist in fitting and selling medical products and services to clients.
  • Process client orders and accurately enter them into our system.
  • Maintain a well-stocked, clean, organized, and appealing showroom.
  • Perform Medical Route Delivery Driver duties as required.
  • Capable of lifting and/or carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs frequently, and occasionally over 100 lbs.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned or necessary.
