Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Leadway International, Inc. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including drafting correspondences, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
  • Assist with payroll and timesheet preparation, as well as maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and greet onsite guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform other office tasks as needed, including data entry, mail sorting, and supply management.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in office administration, front desk, customer service, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree from a USA-accredited school preferred.
  • Eligible to work for any employer in the USA.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bilingual in an additional language, such as Vietnamese or Chinese, preferred.
