About the Role:

The Skydio Manufacturing Team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to enhance our workplace efficiency and effectiveness. As the primary point of contact for office-related matters, you will work closely with various departments to manage office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and improve overall organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Manage relationships with office-related vendors, including suppliers, janitorial services, and IT support.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Hayward office staff and the Workplace Experience Team.
  • Coordinate internal office moves, space planning, and office-related facility projects.
  • Serve as a central communication point for the office via PA system, Slack, and email.
  • Organize both onsite and virtual meetings, including room setup, catering arrangements, and logistics management in collaboration with the EA team.
  • Oversee the pantry and meal program for two shifts.
  • Print badges for new hires and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Work alongside the EHS Leader to ensure the office adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance office efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Pages, and Slack.
  • Experience in vendor management and basic facility management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and light knowledge of Office Space and Envoy (a plus).
Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience.

In addition to base salary, Skydio full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our benefit plans and take advantage of a variety of incentives and stipends.
