Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple mid-to-large sized commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project estimating, materials costing, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full project estimating and budget development
  • Production rates and crew size analysis
  • Subcontractor solicitation and management
  • NTP to key subcontractors
  • Document distribution and schedule development
  • Kickoff meeting with superintendent and pre-con meetings
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Construction phase management and safety oversight
  • Materials procurement and company equipment management
  • Punch list management and paperwork claims management
  • Warranty process and compliance

Requirements:

  • Completion of a four (4) year bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science and/or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience (10+ preferred)
  • Knowledge of project estimating, materials costing, and/or working with subcontractors
  • A valid, state issued and insurable drivers' license

  • Proactive problem solver and authorized to work in the United States

Travel Requirements: Less than 15% within 300 miles of Spokane Valley, WA
