About the Role

Graham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Buildings division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including safety and environmental programs
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project success
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial and public works sectors
  • Engineering degree or technical diploma preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management processes, and Graham systems
  • Ability to train project staff and lead a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, InEight, Primavera P6, and other relevant software
