Job Summary:

Lydig Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our construction teams in delivering exceptional results. We're looking for a professional with a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with field staff, ensuring seamless project execution and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.
  • Support project procurement efforts, including estimating and proposal preparation.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or civil engineering.
  • 5+ years of commercial project management experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent resource planning, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Superior management and delegation capabilities.
  • High level of financial responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership, project, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Procore and P6 Scheduling Software.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $95,000 and $105,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
