Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Lydig Construction is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction teams in delivering premier construction services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage construction projects to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with field staff to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality to meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process.
  • Support project procurement efforts, including estimating and proposal preparation.
  • Develop and mentor younger team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in building science, construction management, or civil engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience.
  • Excellent resource planning, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong financial management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Procore and P6 Scheduling Software.
