Job Description

Cervello Inc is seeking a commercially focused professional to drive account growth and maintain existing client relationships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for additional services, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and proactively addressing any concerns or needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts by deepening relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring clients understand the full range of Cervello's offerings.
  • Actively monitor client engagements to ensure they are meeting expectations and deliver high value, addressing any issues before they escalate.
  • Identify and drive opportunities within existing accounts to expand our footprint, whether through new projects, services, or enhanced collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, aligning deliverables with client goals and providing consistent updates to clients.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in consulting or enterprise services.
  • 3+ years of experience overseeing the delivery of data and analytics projects.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience working with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated success in growing accounts by identifying new opportunities and aligning solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address client needs and align solutions to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
