About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at ADP. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement a top-down sales strategy to grow our business and yours, with a focus on closing sales and reaching sales goals.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop a network of contacts to generate referrals and leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners and other ADP associates to cross-sell and upsell human resources solutions, and provide exceptional service to clients.
Requirements
  • Positive Self-Starter: Possess an upbeat and persistent style, with the ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Strategic Closer: Have a proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
  • Proven Winner: Thrive under pressure, with a strong desire to hit and exceed sales quotas.
