Sales and Purchasing Coordinator

Southeast Asia Market, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Purchasing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our sales and purchasing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Take and enter customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including calculating preferred and safety stock for all items stocked in our warehouse.
- Vendor Relations: Place orders with vendors and establish strong relationships to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and vendors.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution is highly desirable.
- Flexibility: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
