Our R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as a Director of Commercial and Medical Systems Portfolio and Operations. This role will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of systems projects supporting the commercial launch of one of our novel RAS(ON) inhibitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Information Sciences colleagues, cross-functional leaders, operations partners, and numerous vendors to ensure rigorous project execution, communication, and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and lead new processes to support scalable, efficient, effective, and consistent delivery across numerous teams and projects.
  • Own overall operations of the Commercial and Medical Systems team, including strategic planning, vendor contract management, stakeholder communication, financial management, internal KPIs, and performance management.
  • Develop and nurture close partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders, particularly in the Commercial and Medical teams.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of vendor management experience, including contracting, daily operations/task management, budget management, and performance management.
  • Experience leading multiple concurrent projects, including large/complex engagements spanning multiple years with multimillion-dollar budgets.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial and Medical business context, capabilities, systems, and data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present data and complex information in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of 12 years in the delivery of technology services and support, including Commercial experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PfMP, CPM, CSM).
  • Experience with an oncology launch.
