Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Human Resources Analyst Senior in the Employee Relations Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, labor laws, and HR policies, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues.
  • Conduct EEO fact-finding investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for management.
  • Develop and implement training programs on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), ADA, FMLA, military leave, grievances, discipline, and departmental policies.
  • Monitor time frames to ensure policy adherence and ensure documents are placed into the employee relations database.
Requirements:
  • Five (5) years of experience working with ADCRR policies and procedures.
  • Practical work experience with progressively challenging administrative assignments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or closely related field and two years as an HR Analyst Intermediate or equivalent experience.
