Job Title: Human Resources Consultant

About the Role:

AZ HR Hub is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to our clients in the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to drive business results
  • Provide HR guidance and support to clients on employee relations, benefits, compensation, and labor relations
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Manage employee complaints and grievances
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support for client employee disciplinary meetings and terminations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3+ years of professional-level experience in Human Resources
  • HR experience in the restaurant/food service industry required
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
  • Currently reside in metropolitan Phoenix, AZ (USA)
