Property Care Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Care Professional to join our team at Nationwide Property Management Company.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality facilities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
- Repairing and replacing appliances, drywall, and other building materials as needed.
- Conducting preventative maintenance on heating and air-conditioning systems, plumbing fixtures, and sprinkler systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and reporting any issues or concerns to management.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- HVAC/EPA certification.
- At least 1 year of on-site experience as a maintenance technician (residential, commercial, industrial).
- Own set of basic hand tools.
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay every Thursday and public subsidy ($5 per day).
