Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading manufacturer to fill a Human Resources Generalist position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations, recruitment, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Execute transactional operational HR processes, such as leave administration and HRIS updates.
  • Support the review and interpretation of employment laws and company policies.
  • Administer various HR policies and programs to achieve company strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance and direction to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
  • HR Certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US State and Federal laws and Canadian provincial laws.
  • Experience with supporting safety policies and driving a culture of safety.
