Human Resources Generalist

Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading manufacturer to fill a Human Resources Generalist position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting employee relations, recruitment, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Execute transactional operational HR processes, such as leave administration and HRIS updates.
- Support the review and interpretation of employment laws and company policies.
- Administer various HR policies and programs to achieve company strategic objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction to employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience.
- HR Certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US State and Federal laws and Canadian provincial laws.
- Experience with supporting safety policies and driving a culture of safety.
- A competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000.
