Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses of competition communities, including product, pricing, sales, traffic, and other relevant factors.
- Site Visits: Visit competitive communities to gather information and assess market conditions.
- Data Collection: Collect and analyze data from competitive communities, including absorption rates, base and option pricing, elevations, floor plans, and community demographics.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare financial analyses for acquisition opportunities, including proformas, proforma assumptions, cash flows, and ROI.
- Cost Management: Obtain construction costs and area costs from the Purchasing Department and maintain an up-to-date summary of permit review/application fees, impact fees, school fees, police/fire fees, transportation fees, and other relevant costs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably with a concentration in marketing, real estate, planning, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Two years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in a similar role.
