Land Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join our team at Dunhill Staffing Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing land acquisition, due diligence, and project management for multiple large-scale new home developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage third-party engineering and design partners
  • Attend zoning and permitting meetings with municipalities
  • Track land purchasing processes
  • Oversee project management from land acquisition to project completion

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with residential land development processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred but not required)
