Job Overview

As a Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a team of strategic sales professionals who focus on large Enterprise and Global accounts with over 1000 employees. Your primary focus will be on Fortune 1000 companies, driving revenue and sales growth across these key accounts. You will develop and implement a comprehensive plan for using T-Mobile for Business products and solutions, such as Voice, Data, UCC, and IoT & Connected solutions, to achieve subscriber, revenue, and customer retention objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, encouraging a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies to increase revenue, achieve corporate objectives, and expand our market share.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and decision-makers (C-suite, buying influencers) to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Coach and mentor team members, nurturing their skills and driving peak performance.
  • Actively recruit top talent, build a strong sales team, and provide ongoing training to ensure continuous growth.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and leverage T-Mobile's innovative solutions to deliver impactful results.
  • Prioritize business opportunities, craft effective sales strategies to drive growth, and ensure revenue targets are met with precision.
  • Build high-level relationships and develop strategic plans to expand our presence within the Enterprise & Global Accounts and MNCs segment.
  • Employ a consultative approach to identify new sales opportunities and position T-Mobile solutions to drive maximum value for enterprise customers.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for existing accounts, leading sales cycles to fulfill long-term client needs.
  • Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of Sales Management Experience
  • Less than 2 years of Outside Sales Experience
  • 2-4 years of Technology Sales/Wireless industry (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years of Prospecting/Account Management
