**About the Role**

ASK Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple small to mid-scale projects, serving as a daily point of contact with cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive project timelines and ensure all key milestones and due dates are communicated frequently to the larger internal project team and any agency partners.
  • Independently steward day-to-day project management of multiple small to mid-scale projects.
  • Maintain oversight of project status and feed into a weekly leadership status report.
  • Support Program Managers in developing and updating project plans for automation/Marketo projects.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Process Management; identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the Automation Strategy team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment.

Requirements:

  • B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Well versed in Marketing Operations/Automation in a B2B context.
  • Understanding of Marketo platform and Salesforce project a must.
  • Experience managing projects in Jira.
