Fitness Center Operations Manager

We are seeking dedicated Fitness Center Operations Managers to oversee our expanding network of clubs within one of the most rapidly growing fitness franchises, Workout Anytime.
This is an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity for you to be part of a RESULTS-DRIVEN organization with over two decades of expertise in establishing and nurturing successful gym franchises.
We are looking for individuals who are ENTHUSIASTIC about fitness and committed to assisting others in reaching their objectives. Ideal candidates will be diligent and devoted team players. Outstanding customer service is a hallmark of a WORKOUT ANYTIME fitness/sales consultant. Our clubs not only offer personalized training, group sessions, tanning, hydromassage, and complimentary HIT training tips, but we also consistently deliver remarkable results in a healthy and effective manner. Our entire TEAM collaborates to provide support for each member, ensuring they achieve transformative results.
If selected to be part of the Workout Anytime team, you will receive training on our principles and how to meet and surpass your monthly targets.

Candidate Qualifications:
Proven ability to consistently generate new club memberships through lead engagement from marketing initiatives, referrals from current members, and conducting engaging club tours for walk-ins. Skill in quickly identifying potential members' needs and utilizing solution-selling techniques to highlight the value of our club's amenities and services, leading to successful sales closures. Capability to excel in a competitive sales environment while fostering a cohesive team atmosphere. Proven track record of meeting challenging monthly quotas and demonstrating production excellence within the first month of employment. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks, including maintaining club cleanliness. Experience in training others to succeed in membership sales and referrals. Proficiency in managing and coaching team members. Competence in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities:
Generate at least 50% of club tours necessary to meet new member enrollment goals through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach. Convert a minimum of 70% of incoming phone inquiries into appointments for club tours. Achieve an enrollment rate of at least 80% for all touring prospects. Schedule at least 60% of new members for a Complimentary Success Session with the appropriate Fitness Department staff. Ensure all prospect and guest information is accurately entered into the club management software and complete all required tracking forms and processes. Maintain the club in an immaculate condition. Oversee retention strategies and systems. Ensure the fitness department meets the required number of monthly assessments and complimentary sessions to achieve fitness programming goals. Ensure that staff between shifts not only clock out but also remove Workout Anytime uniforms when not on duty in the club. Coach and mentor personal trainers, providing ongoing education for the PT Team through individual weekly meetings, regular audits of phone skills, assessment and selling skills, and program development and exercise coaching skills. Provide continuous education through required reading for training staff on program design, functional exercise, nutrition, etc. Ensure that each trainer completes all required Workout Anytime Fitness Training.
