Key Responsibilities

  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
    • Ensure the fitness center is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
    • Manage marketing efforts and ensure all staff members are aware of and trained on marketing promotions.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
    • Ensure all member requests and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the fitness industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Superior customer service skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and diplomacy skills.
    • Ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and staff.
    • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
Working Conditions

The Fitness Operations Manager will work in an indoor environment and will be required to stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lift and move moderate amounts of weight (up to 50lbs). Occasional travel may be required for off-site meetings.
