Candidate Requirements:
Proven ability to generate new memberships through marketing initiatives, referrals from current members, and engaging club tours for walk-ins. Skill in identifying potential members' needs and utilizing solution-selling techniques to highlight our club's offerings and close sales. Ability to excel in a competitive sales environment while fostering a cohesive team atmosphere. Capability to meet challenging monthly targets and demonstrate exceptional performance within the first month of employment. Competence in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, including maintaining club cleanliness. Experience in training others to succeed in membership sales and referrals. Proficiency in coaching and managing team members. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities:
Generate at least 50% of club tours necessary to meet new member enrollment goals through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach. Convert at least 70% of incoming inquiries into appointments for club tours. Enroll at least 80% of all touring prospects. Schedule at least 60% of new members for a Complimentary Success Session with the appropriate Fitness Department staff. Ensure all prospect and guest information is accurately entered into the club management software and that all required tracking forms are completed. Maintain the club in pristine condition. Oversee retention strategies and systems. Ensure the fitness department meets the required number of monthly assessments and complimentary sessions to achieve fitness programming objectives. Ensure that staff between shifts clock out and remove uniforms when not on duty in the club. Coach and mentor personal trainers, providing ongoing education through weekly meetings, regular audits of phone skills, assessment and selling techniques, and program development. Provide continuous education through required reading on program design, functional exercise, nutrition, and more. Ensure all trainers complete the necessary Workout Anytime Fitness Training.
