Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the scheduling and routing of our service fleet.
  • Assign technicians to service requests and guarantee prompt response times.
  • Monitor technician activities to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of service requests, work completed, and customer interactions.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the service department as required.
  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct safety training sessions for staff and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, offering recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching, ideally within a service-focused environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
