Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Nurse Leader is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-focused care and overseeing all unit operations during their shift. Collaborating with the management team, the Nurse Leader directs, assesses, and enhances nursing care in line with established protocols, serving as a resource for staff and exemplifying the organization's values to ensure exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Facilitate admission and discharge processes.
  • Work with experts and leadership to enhance service delivery and outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and training to improve staff performance and engagement.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
