Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and develop individualized plans
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Assist with staff scheduling and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and engagement
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in orthopedic trauma
