Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Operator to join our team at Asian Pacific Healthcare Venture. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming telephone calls for APHCV, providing exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.
- Retrieve telephone messages and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Test the automated reminder call system on a weekly basis.
- Run eligibility for new patients with managed care Medi-Cal insurance and instruct them accordingly.
- Screen telephone calls to ensure routing to the appropriate department or individual.
- Make calls to reschedule and/or cancel appointments when necessary.
- Conduct reminder calls.
- Triage tasks from nurses and respond accordingly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-level attendance patterns, working effectively as a team player, and contributing to the optimization of capturing, management, and collection of patient service revenue.
