Are you an experienced sales leader eager to drive growth in the Plastics and Polymer Processing Manufacturing sector?

We are in search of a proactive Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives in the Southwest territory. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing our market presence and achieving sales objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement annual sales strategies and financial plans.
  • Identify and engage with key market sectors, applications, and clientele.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover sales prospects.
  • Prepare competitive pricing proposals and quotations.
  • Utilize a CRM system to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Analyze sales metrics to enhance success rates.
  • Stay informed about industry standards and customer needs.
  • Represent the organization at regional trade exhibitions and industry gatherings.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southwest Region (over 50%).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the Plastics and Polymer Processing Manufacturing field.
  • Demonstrated success in selling specialized products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Windows, Salesforce, ERP systems).
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is advantageous.
