Job Description:

This Patient Access Representative II role is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing patient intake, including registration, insurance verification, and demographic updates.
  • Facilitating effective communication between clinical staff and patients.
  • Maintaining accurate records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and CHA policies.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, responding to patient concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a nursing assistant or medical administrator preferred.
  • AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills necessary.

Salary and Benefits: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
