Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner - Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Mass General Brigham in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires the candidate to have excellent clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans of care that address patients' medical, social, and psychological needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
- At least 2 years of experience as a RN in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
