Base salary begins at $30.42/hr.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement and evaluate all aspects of patient care within the designated scope of practice.
  • Manage patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate healthcare provider as necessary.
  • Provide tailored education to patients based on their individual needs.
  • Accurately transcribe and execute protocols and physician orders.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
CREDENTIALS
  • Current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming in good standing with the Board of Nursing is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory or must be obtained within 60 days of employment and maintained throughout tenure.
  • Additional certifications and training may be required based on unit-specific needs.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Completion of annual continuing education units (CEUs) is required.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, including a friendly demeanor, patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and the public, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
  • Proficiency in learning new software applications.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating ethical accountability in all aspects of the role.
