Job Summary

This role is focused on providing exceptional support to our team by handling reception and outbound physical mail, including copying, scanning, filing, and other administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will also be involved in tasks associated with legal documents and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and answer calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Prepare and send outbound letters
  • Document scanning, copying, and mailing
  • Consistently and accurately update case management systems
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Retrieve and respond to clients and internal firm requests via phone or email
  • Learn basic legal documents and terminology
  • Ensure timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction
  • Support attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive atmosphere
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and borrower information and firm processes
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
  • Self-motivation
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adapt to continual change
  • Excellent attention to detail
Education

High school degree required; college degree strongly preferred

Work Environment

Normal office working conditions; quiet to moderate noise level
