About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Sales Center team at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Center Manager, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate high-quality emails and documents, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, sales rallies, and business activities, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with projects, travel arrangements, and expense report processing, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
