Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build relationships with customers, identify business growth opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, credible relationships with customers based on trust.
- Business Growth Identification: Discover and identify customer business growth needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop a sales strategy for each account and build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above the base business.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives.
- Account Planning: Regularly pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities documented in CRM.
- Sales Execution: Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan and visit accounts regularly, capturing visit notes, and building visit plans considering previous visit outcomes.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Analytical skills, ability to leverage technology, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Sitting, typing, walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping for a considerable amount of time, with segments of up to 2 hours of driving throughout the day.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including mileage reimbursement, great benefits (medical, dental, vision), paid time off, 401K, and more. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto liability insurance are also required.
