Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Quality Control Specialist to ensure that quality standards are met for all products assembled. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that assembly instructions and processes are followed to maintain quality standards.
  • Verify that all assembly and quality paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly.
  • Perform product testing as required to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Use the proper hand tools and equipment to assemble products efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical equations and read and understand measurements and drawings.
  • Basic understanding of fabrication and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to create and maintain collaborative relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Ability to create and maintain record retention and retrieval systems appropriate for the position.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Environment: Warehouse/Light Industrial.
  • Physical activity: Mostly standing with moderate walking.
