Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Quality Control Specialist to ensure that quality standards are met for all products assembled. This role is responsible for ensuring that assembly instructions and processes are followed, and that all assembly and quality paperwork is completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that assembly instructions and processes are followed.
  • Verify that all assembly and quality paperwork is filled out completely and accurately.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet our high standards.
  • Perform product testing as required.
  • Use the proper hand tools and equipment to assemble products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that equipment is properly maintained.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
  • Ability to read and understand measurements and drawings.
  • Basic understanding of fabrication and mechanical principles.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Work environment: Warehouse/Light Industrial.
  • Physical activity: Mostly standing with moderate walking.
