Position Summary:

The Educational Partnerships Coordinator is essential in fostering and nurturing relationships with corporate entities, military installations, community colleges, and local organizations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to cultivate partnerships with corporations, military bases, community colleges, and local organizations to enhance brand visibility and support student recruitment initiatives.
  • Achieve or surpass daily and weekly outreach goals (calls, emails, meetings, and referrals) to effectively manage the partnership pipeline.
  • Leverage various communication methods (phone, email, text, LinkedIn) to engage potential partners.
  • Utilize professional expertise to establish rapport, navigate challenges, and guide prospective partners through the onboarding process.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets derived from partnership activities.
  • Conduct thorough admissions interviews to understand the educational and career aspirations of prospective students referred by partners, providing accurate guidance on the enrollment process.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders in corporations with educational assistance programs to bolster recruitment efforts.
  • Connect with stakeholders at military education and transition centers to facilitate recruitment of active duty and transitioning veterans.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to explore advertising and promotional opportunities at military bases and corporate events.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance Department to support articulation agreements and other educational partnerships.
  • Partner with the Career Services Department to link job opportunities for current students and alumni.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person events to represent the institution.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for generating referrals from current and prospective students and professional networks.
  • Engage in recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses, presentations, training sessions, college fairs, and career days.
  • Travel to various locations to facilitate partnership development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or business development roles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technology sector, including educational and career requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to quality and timely results.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Exemplary ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in MS Office applications and adaptable to new software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours as needed.
  • Reliable transportation for on-site visits and events.
  • Expected travel of at least 25%.

Work Schedule:

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening commitments as necessary. Travel for events and engagements may be required.
