- Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university regulations and guidelines related to corporate, foundation, and association relations.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with development colleagues, faculty, and staff to achieve fundraising goals and objectives, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in corporate, foundation, and association relations, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of success in corporate, foundation, and association relations, with expertise in strategic planning, prospect identification and cultivation, proposal development, and relationship building and management.
- Knowledge and Abilities: Strong knowledge of university policies and procedures, as well as experience working with faculty, staff, and development colleagues to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate, foundation, and association partners, stakeholders, and colleagues.
