Executive Chef Assistant

The Kitchen Operations Manager at The Emily Hotel is responsible for overseeing the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel's restaurant(s) and room service.
This role supports the hotel's vision of delivering exceptional quality products while maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment that meets all standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in culinary arts, hospitality management, or a similar field, and previous experience working in a kitchen supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel's restaurant(s) and room service.
- Oversee human resources in the production and preparation areas of the kitchen, including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and developing employees.
- Schedule and manage the maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Monitor and analyze labor and food costs, and prepare reports to ensure budgets are met.
- Promote the Accident Prevention Program to minimize liabilities and related expenses.
- Manage the procurement, receiving, storage, and organization of products for the kitchen and other outlets daily.
