Patient Service Representative

At ZOLL LifeVest, we are seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a critical role in training patients on the use and care of the LifeVest, a wearable cardioverter defibrillator designed to protect patients at risk for sudden cardiac arrest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train patients and caregivers on the use and care of the LifeVest
- Program the device according to the prescribing physician's orders
- Measure patients and determine correct garment size
- Review and have patients sign necessary paperwork
- Transmit signed documents to ZOLL within 24 hours
- Manage device and garment inventory
Requirements:
- 1 year of patient care experience in a paid professional environment
- Completion of background check
- Valid driver's license and car insurance or valid state ID
- Willingness to pay a $30 annual DME fee and additional vendor credentialing fees if needed
